Casa Jelly Bean Finca Panama
Welcome to the palace in the jungle! This gorgeous home is set on a sprawling 4.6 acres, a true tropical oasis. The property is adorned with lush foliage, fruit trees, including banana, lime, lemon and mangos. Enjoy a lovely breakfast or fresh fruit shake each morning picking the fruit off your own trees!
The main home consists of a beautiful yet cozy living room, 2 bedrooms, each ensuite, an office which could be transformed into a 3rd bedroom, gourmet kitchen, two car garage as well as a covered carport area, large enough to store a 40 ft. boat, ATV’s and all other beach toys one may desire. Also, the owners recently installed a water filtration system throughout the entire home.
The outdoor space includes a beautifully designed and quite large saltwater infinity pool with plenty of lounge chairs to enjoy the sunny and balmy Guanacaste Costa Rica climate. Just next to the pool there is a spectacular covered outdoor living area. The grand custom made Guanacaste Wood dining table seating up to 12, an additional comfy and cozy living room with several flat screen televisions plus a wet bar, it’s an area designed for entertainment. However, the outdoor area is so peaceful and tranquil, always with a nice breeze and surrounded by nature, it’s an amazing spot to curl up on the couch with a good book and enjoy the “Pura Vida” lifestyle.
Pura Vida is a real concept here in Costa Rica, a phrase used by Ticos (Costa Ricans) on a daily basis. The phrase is known now all over the world. It means “pure life,” or “simple life,” and not only is it a slogan, it’s a lifestyle. “Pura Vida: (pronounced poo-rah-vee-duh) represents Costa Ricans’ relaxed attitude towards life, no matter the circumstance.

In addition to the main home, there is a guest house with a full kitchen, situated just below the outdoor living area with its own separate entrance. The space can be utilized to produce income, renting it either as a vacation short term rental or for a long term tenant.
Now to speak more about the property. In our green season there is a waterfall (check the 360 degree drone view) just outside the main home. As you walk up the hill past the waterfall, there are two platforms, both with ocean views, poised to build some additional guest houses or another home, and even a pool.
The property is quite versatile, if the new owner wishes to do so, adding some additional construction, the tropical palace can be transformed into a lovely wellness/yoga retreat or bed and breakfast.
Additionally, the property could be parceled out to sell the ocean view platform areas; it’s far enough away from the main home that a neighbor would enjoy the same quiet tranquility that currently exists.
